How do I start a focus session?

Tap the large play button on the Timer screen. The default session is 25 minutes. You can customize the duration in Settings.

Can I change the work and break durations?

Yes. Go to the Settings tab and adjust Focus Duration, Short Break, and Long Break to your preferred intervals.

What is a Flow Streak?

A streak counts how many consecutive Pomodoro sessions you complete. Missing a day resets your streak. Consistent daily sessions grow your streak and unlock achievements.

What does FocusFlow Pro include?

Pro unlocks the full Stats screen: weekly bar charts (sessions & minutes), Peak Hours heatmap, all-time totals, and your achievement badge gallery. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription.

How do I restore my Pro purchase?

Go to the Stats screen and tap "Restore Purchase." Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID, so restoring is instant on any device signed in to the same account.

Why didn't I get a notification when the timer ended?

Make sure FocusFlow has notification permission enabled. Go to iPhone Settings → FocusFlow → Notifications and turn on "Allow Notifications."

Will my data be lost if I delete the app?

All session data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app will remove your history. We recommend noting your stats before uninstalling.

Pro購入をリストアするには？

Stats画面の「購入をリストア」をタップしてください。同じApple IDでサインインしていれば、即座に復元されます。

タイマー終了時に通知が来なかった場合は？

通知許可が有効か確認してください。「iPhoneの設定」→「FocusFlow」→「通知」から「通知を許可」をオンにしてください。

アプリを削除するとデータは消えますか？

セッションデータはデバイス内に保存されています。アプリを削除すると履歴も消えます。アンインストール前に統計を確認しておくことをお勧めします。
